Legal Bids Manager

A rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced Legal Bids Manager to join a well-respected leading law firm. You will be working as part of the firm's marketing and business development department and will need to be able to identify, create and deliver the highest quality bids, tenders, proposals and pitches across the firm’s various practice areas.

Ideally you will have previous experience driving a truly client-centric approach to a legal firm’s end to end bid process, but we encourage applicants from other sectors who can support our ‘best in market’ proposition.

You will be confident managing and driving responses to formal processes including RFIs, ITTs and RFPs and be excited by the idea of implementing a strong bid strategy at an award-winning firm.

You will have experience of public sector and other procurement frameworks.

Duties include:

• Managing the delivery of all bid-related activities and documents that secure new and repeat business alongside our Business Development Director, and Head of Client Services and Markets
• You will focus on pre- and early-stage tender activities, including client, sector and competitor research; our programme of post-tender feedback, creating pipelines and track outcomes/win rates
