Property Litigation Associate Solicitor
We have a great opportunity for an experienced property litigation solicitor to join a top legal 100 firm in their Cardiff office and their tier 1 ranked dispute resolution team.
The dispute resolution department act for a variety of clients including PLC developers, social housing developers, utilities companies, landlords, property investors and occupiers. They deal with a full range of portfolio management work to include lease renewal litigation, forfeiture and possession proceedings, rent review and services charge disputes and break notice disputes.
Ideal candidates will have at least 4 years post qualification and looking for that step up to either Associate or Senior Associate level.
