Real Estate Professional Support Lawyer (PSL) 5+ PQE - National firm - Birmingham - full or part time position (hybrid working)

-National law firm
-Leading real estate team in Birmingham and nationally - ranked highly in the Legal 500
-Challenging alternative career away from fee earning and focusing on research and technical knowledge
-As a PSL you will be developing fee earner talent, driving technical excellence and sector knowledge as well as supporting fee earners by answering technical questions and guiding them to appropriate resources
-Developing and delivering or procuring training across a range of platforms
-Managing the review, creation and maintenance of precedents
-Monitoring developments in law and keeping lawyers up to date
-Article writing

The candidate:

-Real Estate Lawyer with c. 5 years' PQE (experience may be in any area of real estate)
-Experience working at a leading regional, national or international law firm
-Experience as a PSL is not essential and full training will be given
-Genuine interest in moving away from traditional fee earning role must be demonstrated
-Strong interest in black letter law and excellent attention to detail
-A keen interest in delivering training
-Sociable and personable
