Conveyancing Fee Earner

I am recruiting for an well established & boutique Law firm who due to continued growth are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner to join their property team at their central Manchester office.

This firms property department continues to go from strength to strength and now is a great time to join this boutique law firm and be part of their contined growth.

The successful candidate will be joining an existing Property team, handling a caseload of varied Residential Conveyancing work, experience in Sale & Purchase, Leasehold and Freehold is essential and additional experience in other areas is also beneficial.

The ideal Conveyancing Fee Earner will have at least 4yrs experience in a fee earning capacity covering full specturm of case handling including Sale & Prucahse, Freehold and Leasehold transactions. Support is on offer with this role however the ability to work independently is required.

The Salary for this Residential Conveyancer role is dependent on previous experience but ranging from to £30,000-£40,000 per annum depending on experience plus hybrid working model available.
