This entrepreneurial Legal 100 law firm seeks a corporate solicitor (3 years’ + pqe) to join their Bristol team.
The corporate team advises on the full range of both transactional and non-transactional corporate work across a range of sectors; large corporations (PLC), regional OMB, entrepreneurial startups, and Private Equity. This firm has significant present across national and international private equity houses.
This opportunity will suit someone who wants to experience working in-house and can offer a quasi-role which is partly on secondment, or someone who wants to start something new and is not currently allowed the space to develop their niche. You may already have an existing contact book but that's not essential as there is an impressive existing client base to tap into.
You should have gained at least three years' experience in corporate transactional roles to have gained the range of skills and expertise required for the position, however applicants from a whole range of backgrounds will be considered if they can demonstrate strong attributes and being a quick learner to get up top speed within 6 - 12 months.
