Commercial Property and Commercial Contracts or Planning Lawyer

LAW Absolute are working with a local authority based in South London who are seeking a Commercial Property Lawyer with experience in Commercial Contracts or Planning Law matters. This is an initial contract for 3 months.

The successful Lawyer will be required to show a proven track record in handling a busy and complex property caseload of leases, licences, acquisitions & disposals, and easements, alongside either S.106 agreements and general planning exposure or commercial contracts and EU Procurement matters.

You must be a qualified solicitor/barrister/legal executive and have a current practising certificate.

Previous local government experience would be highly advantageous. You must be available on short notice due to the urgent nature of the role.
