Locum Litigation Solicitor

We have a great opportunity within a reputable firm in the East Midlands for a Locum Litigation Solicitor to start ASAP for 3 - 4 months in duration.

The Opportunity

Our client, a reputable, full-service law firm, is seeking a Locum Litigation Solicitor to support them whilst they recruit on a permanent basis. The firm require somebody to join them as soon as possible, for a duration of 3 - 4 months initially, although this may be extended.

The firm would prefer the successful candidate to work full time, however those looking for full time working are still encouraged to apply. This role can be carried out remotely, although the firm would ask the Locum to attend the office for an initial period of 3 days for an induction.

Responsibilities

The Locum would be responsible for a busy litigation caseload, to include

• Shareholder disputes
• Breach of contract
• Debt
• Contentious probate
• TOLATA
• Landlord and tenant disputes

Experience conducting own advocacy is beneficial, although not essential.
