Candidates are likely to have a broad banking and/or finance background and experience in structuring deals; general advisory; transaction management and instructing and coordinating with external counsels.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to problem some in an innovative manner is essential.

Due to demand, candidates should ideally be available at short notice or immediately.

In order to be considered, candidates should be able to demonstrate the following:

Please apply with your CV to Jennifer Pike in confidence.

Please note: Where a level of experience, such as 'PQE', is indicated, please note that this is a guideline only and represents the amount of time we would usually expect a candidate to accumulate the requisite level of experience. This does not preclude applications from candidates with more or less experience
