RTA Paralegal / Litigation Executive - Manchester (UK) - This leading national team is interested in hearing from fee earners with motor indemnity experience. This is quite a niche, specialist area so any experience in this regard would be highly useful.

RTA Fee Earner - motor indemnity - overview

- Previous Experience: At least 6-12 months of experience as a litigated RTA fee earner ideally from a defendant insurance litigation background. Experience of specialist areas such as motor indemnity would also be very useful.
Focus on quality clients and work
This recruitment drive has arisen as a result of a number of client wins and increased investment in the team to focus on quality litigated work. As a result, the client is looking for fee earners to assist in handling an increased caseload, most of which is litigated fast track RTA with some small claims and MOJ files. Experience of motor indemnity work would also be really useful.
Candidates will be expected to hit the ground running and defendant experience is certainly ideal. That said, the number of positions within the team means that the hiring managers are prepared to consider a broad range of candidate.
