Derivatives & Structured Products Lawyers, 1-5PQE - London

This elite global law firm client is looking to hire a junior to mid-level associate for its ranked Derivatives & Structured Products practice based in London.

The role will involve advising banks, financial investors and fund clients on a broad range of derivatives & structured products transactions. These will include OTC fixed income, credit and equity based derivatives, asset backed securities, repackaging programmes, collateral documentation and structures, repos, stock loans, credit and equity-linked notes, synthetic securitisation, CLOs and insurance linked securities.

The successful candidate will work closely with market-leading partners on some of the most complex and innovative transactions in the market.

The ideal candidate will have first-rate Derivatives & Structured Products experience gained at a rated practice in the UK or overseas. Our client is ideally looking for candidates with 1-5 years of PQE. Outstanding academics and a stable career record are required.
