Finance Lawyer, 1-5PQE, Elite Global Firm - London

This elite global law firm client is looking to hire a junior to mid-level associate for its highly ranked Finance practice based in London.

The role will involve advising banks, financial investors, and fund clients on a broad range of banking and finance transactions. These may include: syndicated lending, leveraged and acquisition finance, structured finance, fund financing, project finance and ECA backed financing, high yield bonds, and restructuring.

The successful candidate will work closely with market-leading partners on some of the most complex and innovative Finance transactions in the market.

Experience and skills:

• England & Wales or common law qualified
• 1-5 years of post-qualification experience
• Broad finance experience, ideally covering some of the types of transactions listed above
• Outstanding academics from a well-known university
• Stable career record
