Real Estate Finance and Structured Debt Associate

A prestigious London firm is recruiting for a Real Estate Finance and Structured Debt Lawyer at Associate 1+ PQE to join a team at the forefront of the market, working with a number of the largest global clients including commercial and investment banks, non-bank debt providers, funds, real estate investors, developers and corporates.

This is a highly ranked team led by directory ranked partners, offering top quality work and a great opportunity to develop under their expertise with high levels of responsibility.

You will advise clients on all aspects of debt participation including acquisitions and finance, trade receivables securitisations, covered bonds, consumer loans, investment and development finance, and insolvency/restructurings/repackaging.

To successfully apply you must have a minimum of one-year Real Estate Finance and/or Structured Debt experience with a top tier law firm, and an excellent academic history.

Australia, New Zealand and International Law Firm experience is accepted.
