As an established law firm, our client is a growing three-partner private practice. The Swindon office is well known in the area for providing quality legal advice to both commercial and private clients throughout Gloucestershire.
The residential conveyancing team is actively seeking a qualified solicitor or chartered legal executive with at least 3 years’ post qualification experience to join this established and busy department.
Your caseload will comprise of a range of residential property files, including sales and purchases, freehold and leasehold, remortgages, shared-ownership, lease extensions and transfers.
You will have a proven track record and will strive at all times to deliver an excellent client service.
