Client Details
Clinical Negligence Paralegal required by a national law firm at their West Midlands office. You will be supporting a team of experts in a variety of matters with lots of client exposure. The firm have truly developed a flexible working policy and are happy for individuals to work both from the office and home. You will be able to develop on your skill set, whilst also having the potential to qualify through either a training contract or CILEX.
The Paralegal role:
Working as a Clinical Negligence Paralegal within this team means that no one day will be the same! Working closely with the solicitors, you will be working with clients who have experienced life changing injuries. As part of your role in the team, you will:
- Undertake legal research
- Prepare draft documents
- Prepare witness statements
- Attend court to issue proceedings
The ideal Paralegal:
Please note this is not an entry level role and you will need a minimum of 6 months experience within personal injury / medical negligence. You will also be highly motivated and proactive and be able to demonstrate great communication and organisational skills.
