THE FIRM
The Employment Division for a highly regarded London firm with subtantial international contacts.
THE ROLE
The work of the team is a mainly non-contentious, but with some contentious matters, for a wide range of clients. The lawyers undertake a significant amount of business development including giving seminars and producing publications.
There is a significant international element to the team's work.
The caseload will consist of a mix of contentious and non-contentious employment work and the associate will have direct contact with a variety of clients.
THE PERSON
* 6PQE+ with strong employment training/experience
* Strong analytical ability
* Excellent written and spoken communication skills
* Adopt a commercial approach to problem solving
* Language skills would be beneficial
