THE ROLE
Due to growth, the litigation team is keen to recruit a bright and enthusiastic commercial litigator at the 5PQE+ level.
The work is often high value and complex due to the nature of the firms clients.
Candidates should be able to demonstrate experience of contentious policy coverage disputes including litigation and arbitration, as well as various forms of ADR.
THE PERSON
* 5PQE+ UK qualified solicitor
* Experience in insurance litigation/professional negligence with a recognised firm
* Good academic background
* Bright and enthusiastic personality
