Legal Counsel - Housing Litigation
New In-House Housing Litigation (2+ PQE) opportunity has arisen with excellent remote or hybrid working on offer, with some travel to the East Anglia region required (Norfolk, Suffolk, Essex and Cambridgeshire).
Profile Specification:
- You should be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 2 years PQE
- Background from in-house or private practice
- Experience with housing litigation work to include ASB, Debt Recovery, Disrepair and Tenancy Fraud
- Previous advocacy experience
- Have effective negotiating skills
- You will have the ability to provide commercially focused legal advice
- Candidates will have the ability to manage their own caseload with minimum supervision
Salary up to £60,000 per annum, plus remote or hybrid working (with some travel to the East Anglian region required) with an excellent benefits package.
