The types of transactions you can expect to be advising national and international banks and financial organisations on are wide ranging and include acquisition and structured finance, development finance, asset based finance and property finance.

Becoming part of this large and well-structured team will give you the chance to learn your craft from some highly experienced and very well regarded Banking & Finance colleagues.

The team is specifically looking to recruit a bright and enthusiastic junior lawyer who has an eye on the commercial and not just the legal aspects of the work.
