THE FIRM
A long established UK and international law firm offering hybrid working arrangements.
THE ROLE
A full time role to support the Financial Services & Funds Group in its investment funds offering with a particular focus on closed-ended alternative investment funds.
You will be in a team acting for the managers and the investors alike, advising on co-investments, carried interest structures, and supporting teams across the Firm with any funds-related mandates. There will be also opportunities to work on open-ended and authorised investment funds.
ABOUT YOU
A lawyer at the NQ-2pqe level, you may be qualified in England and Wales or have an international qualification.
Previous investment funds experience is very welcome but not essential, however a keen interest in becoming a funds lawyer is.
