Your new role

This in-house solicitor role will see you work as an Assistant General Counsel within the business and report into one of the senior figures within this well established legal team. Your role will be to advise the business across a number of different regions on a range of commercial agreements, technology agreements, IP matters, tender contracts and partner agreements. The role will also require you to manage a number of lawyers within the team.

What you'll need to succeed

You should be an experienced in-house or private practice lawyer who has extensive commercial experience. You will be well versed at operating at a senior level. Ideally you will also have experience of managing others.
