Commercial Litigation Partner – Our client is a top tier Legal 500 firm who have been advising individuals, organisations and businesses for over 100 years. They have asked us to find them a further senior Commercial Litigation specialist to join their award-winning and dynamic team based in Mid Kent.
About the Role
They are now looking for a senior Commercial Litigation Solicitor, operating at Partner level or as a Senior Associate who is ready to take the next step in their career. The team handle a wide variety of litigation work, including, contractual disputes, partnership disputes, professional negligence, insolvency, IP & IT disputes, and construction disputes for a range of clients.
Candidate Requirements
This is a planned and significant hire to the firm. You will therefore need to have a previous track record of dealing with a wide range of commercial litigation matters as well as attributes that are fitting to this level. These include active participation in marketing and business development for the team and the firm, leadership, commercial acumen and the ability to add value to the practice.
