Conveyancing Locum

Sellick Partnership are working with a Dartford based private practice who are looking for a Conveyancing Locum to join the business as soon as possible. The role will be helping to cover a large influx of work.

Your New Role

The successful candidate will undertake a full case load of Residential Property matters including, but not limited to; sales, purchases, shared ownership, help to buy, transfers of equity and re-mortgages.

This company is also open to hybrid working.

About You

The successful Residential Conveyancer will;

• Hold a wealth of experience dealing with Residential Property matters
• Have the confidence and ability to work autonomously and make decisions on cases
• Excellent organisation and time management skills
• Be available immediately or at short notice
