Our client, an East Midlands based Local Authority is seeking a Planning Lawyer to join their team on a locum basis, for 3 days per week.
The successful Planning Lawyer will have sound knowledge and understanding of planning and highways law within a local government context. Ideally this will include county council related planning matters such as education and highways Section 106 obligations, minerals and waste developments.
This position for a Planning Lawyer is to start ASAP and is anticipated to be ongoing for at least 6 months.
