Real Estate Solicitor - Devon//Cornwall
My client is an award winning and highly commended law firm that has an excellent reputation across the South West of England and is seeking to recruit a Solicitor into their Real Estate Team dealing with mines, minerals, waste and other natural resources (such as forestry).
Within the role you will play a part assisting two Chambers ranked partners that have an enviable portfolio of clients nationally and work on high value and highly complex work relating to mineral and waste transactions and alongside this deal with the wider commercial property work relating to acquisition and disposal of commercial use properties across the country.
Ideally, you will be a newly qualified solicitor from a regional practice or have gained experience within Commercial Property Law and now seeking an award winning and reputable law firm offering long term development.
