Here at Interlink, we are working with a leading UK law firm to find them an exceptional Real Estate Development Associate to join their Birmingham office.

The team

  • This Real Estate group is one of the largest real estate teams in the UK, advising an impressive range of clients including commercial and residential developers, investors, major corporate occupiers and banks/funders.
  • Offering exceptional market knowledge the team holds an outstanding reputation with clients and the market generally
  • You will be part of a team of specialists within the national development team who deal with issues, around planning, infrastructure, vacant possession, real estate tax, agricultural law, mixed use, leisure retails and construction.
  • The integrated teams work seamlessly to deliver specialist advice cost effectively and help clients achieve their goals, ensuring nothing is missed.

The role

  • Their formidable real estate team is undergoing an unprecedented level growth nationally and our Birmingham based team is taking centre stage with a brief to take on additional associates.
  • The successful candidates will be joining a recognisable force in the Midlands - the team has a brand within the development space therefore candidates with expertise in this area or a niche within agriculture is preferred in addition to title and occupiers experience.
  • They act for major UK national developers through all stages of their development process.
  • The role will also see you acting for private and commercial clients on the sale and purchase of agricultural land.
  • You'll be working with people who thrive on being pro-active, bringing energy and ideas to make a real difference to clients.
