HR & Recruitment Administrator
A prestigious US Law Firm is looking to hire a new HR & Recruitment Administrator to join the London office on a permanent basis working with a growing, fantastic HR & Recruitment team. The successful HR & Recruitment Administrator will closely work with the Senior Recruitment Manager and the wider HR team. This role will offer a mix of home working and being in the office and a generous salary and benefits package is on offer.
Responsibilities working with the Senior Recruitment Manager will include will include formatting job descriptions, uploading vacancies to external websites, liaising with recruitment agencies, candidates and internal stakeholders to schedule and coordinate a large number of interviews, including sending out interview confirmation, continually review existing recruitment administrative processes and procedures, suggesting any efficiencies or improvements as noticed, assisting the recruitment manager in managing the London recruitment inbox, producing contracts of employment, coordinating the conflicts clearance and background screening processes for new joiners and preparing induction timetables for new hires. General HR duties will include working with the current HR Administrator to manage all HR filing and archiving, maintaining the e-files on DeskSite project and update the HR Bible, diary management for the Director of Human Resources and others within the team as required, monitoring incoming post for the Director of Human Resources and being a general ‘super user’ for the HR system Workday.
It is preferred for the HR & Recruitment Administrator to have previous legal or professional services experience, however not essential – candidates must have excellent written and attention to detail skills and a natural enthusiasm to work within a HR team. Standard hours are 9.30am – 5.30pm and a generous salary and benefits package is on offer.
