A collegial and well established law firm with several offices in London and in the Midlands.
THE ROLE
A corporate / company commercial lawyer is sought to work with the firm's specialist business lawyers.
You will be dealing with the full range of corporate transactional work for UK and international clients.
ABOUT YOU
With 2-5pqe, your experience will ideally include buying or selling businesses, corporate restructuring, working with investors, MBOs and MBI's, company law advice and shareholder agreements and disputes.
You will also be working on agency, distribution and franchise agreements, supply of goods and services agreements, business partnerships and partnership agreements, professional partnership advice including medical partnership agreements, GDPR, online trading and e-commerce, JVs and introducer agreements.
