Description
As a Contracts Law and Delivery Specialist you will work with key, household name clients to understand their risk profile and create a playbook for either the client's in-house team or the legal managed services team to negotiate low risk contracts.
You will be able to prepare standard precedents, bespoke documents and drafting for commercial transactions and you will also be managing teams of lawyers and/or paralegals.
Profile
You will be a Commercial Contracts Lawyer with a minimum of 4PQE looking for a new challenge as a Contracts Law and Delivery Specialist.
