An exciting opportunity to join a forward thinking, commercial law firm with numerous offices across the UK. The firm works with entrepreneurial and start-up clients as well as established businesses offering a variety of full-service legal advice. The firm operates on a hybrid-working model, with an office in the city of Birmingham, as well as other major cities. The firm is happy for the role to be fully remote.
The ideal candidate will be 2+PQE and have experience dealing with general corporate matters. These may include, but not limited to, private equity, mergers and acquisitions and venture capital transactions.
You will be able to work closely with clients and therefore your work will really make a difference to the clients without involving any business development.
As mentioned, the firm offers flexible working conditions, including the option of working fully remotely, with meeting spaces across the UK. No client following is required, as the firm has an independent marketing department and places an importance on expertise and commitment of their solicitors.
