A highly reputable high street law firm is seeking an experienced residential conveyancer to head their department. This firm offers free on-site parking, plenty of autonomy along with the capacity to grow and develop a small department. 

Our client is seeking a conveyancing head of department for their team due to the departure of a senior member. Ideally you will have five years' plus conveyancing experience as a solicitor, legal executive or licensed conveyancer. They are looking for a conveyancing head of department who understands the local market and can build and develop these strong local connections. The ethos of this firm is client service and as such they are looking for a personable individual who has a passion for client care. 

In this conveyancing head of department position you will be supported directly by an experienced conveyancing secretary and paralegal with the aim being to focus on the growth and development of the department and team. A good track record of business development is necessary along with previous management experience.
