Senior Legal Counsel - M&A / Project Finance
Renewables
Mix of office (London or South West based) / home working
Exceptional opportunity for an experienced M&A / Project Finance lawyer to join an international, renewable energy company who are operating and building some the highest profile wind and solar projects globally.
Working as part of an 80 strong highly collaborative international in-house legal team you will provide legal support to M&A and project finance transactions for the offshore wind business.
You may currently be working in-house or in private practice and will have a strong corporate M&A / Project finance background ideally gained within the renewable energy sector.
