My client is a multi-award-winning firm with over 20 years of experience in Property Law dealing with a large percentage of high net worth clients and investors. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their firm near Bolton.
In this role you can expect to be part of an enviable office culture and a firm that prides itself on having a fantastic working environment with employees looking forward to come into work each day! In addition the successful candidate can expect a salary ranging from £30,000-40,000 dependant on experience as well as this firm also offering hybrid working policy.
This Residential Conveyancer will take responsibility for a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, shared ownership, transfers of equity, new build purchases, apartment purchases and limited company purchases which may include freehold, leasehold, registered or unregistered land.
The ideal Residential Conveyancer must have proven experience of working within the property market ideally with at least 4yrs experience handling your own caseload of Conveyancing matters.
