My client is an American technology company seeking a Junior Legal Counsel to join their legal team for a 6-month FTC.
You will be required to update the existing customer agreements from the previous EU Model clauses to the new SCC's, draft and negotiate a wide variety of commercial contracts, procurement and privacy agreements.
The successful candidate will ideally be at least 3 years' PQE and have experience in service agreements good general commercial experience.
