A commercial property paralegal is sought for a reputable and long-standing law firm in Stoke. With the ability to work remotely as part of the week, exposure to good quality work and with the right support this role can offer a fantastic opportunity for a commercial property paralegal to develop their skill set.
Our client is seeking a commercial property paralegal with at least two years’ experience supporting on all aspects of commercial property matters from instruction through to completion to include but not limited to opening and closing files, use of Land Registry website – able to download all necessary documents, make enquiries, prepare and lodge applications for registration, including notices, restrictions, options, closures of title, ability to deal with Land Registry requisitions, identifying and applying for all usual searches necessary or appropriate along with the ability to use the online stamp duty land tax calculator, prepare Stamp Duty Land Tax returns for all residential, mixed use and commercial property matters, submit returns and deal with any HMRC enquiries.
This position has the ability to progress into a file handling role quickly, as you will be supported to build your own small caseload of simple matters initially.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercial property paralegal to develop your skill set fairly quickly with real progression prospects.
