THE ROLE
The firm is looking to recruit a Corporate Associate to join the Corporate team.
This is an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious Corporate Associate 8 PQE+ lookin for a career move to a well regarded team undergoing a period of expansion.
You will be expected to manage a broad ranging workload to include; M & A work, joint ventures, private equity and corporate governance.
As an experienced team member, you will be working with a broad client base ranging from large multinationals to SMEs and start ups advising on strategic and corporate matters.
As part of the role you will be expected to work in a business facing role and mentor junior fee earners.
THE CANDIDATE
To be considered for this role you will have excellent technical skills and a solid corporate background as fee earner.
