THE ROLE:
Applications are welcomed from experienced Property Litigation Lawyers who have experience of dealing with a full-range of work. The highly regarded team comes well recommended in the legal directories for their services. The team have identified the need for a Senior Associate Solicitor to office to support to the head of team. Covering a wide range of work the senior level candidate will also assist in the supervision and development of junior members of the team. An enthusiasm and ability to contribute more widely to the team and its growth on a firm wide basis will be essential.

THE CANDIDATE:
Ideally Solicitors will have at least 5 years PQE gained within a leading regional or City practice recognised for their litigation services. The appointed Litigation Solicitor will have experience of Commercial and residential landlord and tenant work, adverse possession, restrictive covenants, mortgage repossessions, leasehold enfranchisement and property related insolvency. If you have experience in any of the above and would like to work for a Top 200 law firm with an outstanding reputation within the disputes sector, then this is the role for you!
