Inception Caseworker

We are currently recruiting for an Inception Caseworker to join an award winning Personal Injury firm. This is a great position for people with great customer service skills looking to get into the Legal sector.

The duties for this role include speaking with potential clients over the phone, email and post, assessing potential new claims as they come in and passing them over to the relevant team, chasing signed paperwork and communicating effectively with clients to ensure leads are converted effectively. You will be expected to provide quality customer service to each customer.

Excellent Customer Service skills and communication skills are essential, and you will be able to manage your own caseload effectively while also working as part of a supportive team. There will be targets in place in this position so you will need to be able to work under pressure and at a fast pace in order to meet these targets. You will also be required to be proficient in Microsoft Office as this is a big part of your role, specifically Microsoft Excel.

The role will also require you to work 1 Saturday per month on a rota basis, and this is paid in addition to the salary. This shift can be worked from home.
