A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Finance Director/ CFO to join a highly regarded Legal 500 firm in Hertfordshire

This firm has a reputation nationally for the work that they do across a wide range of legal disciplines

They are highly successful and many of their lawyers have come from City firm backgrounds. They are unique in their approach and they focus on providing a bespoke service for their clients.

You will play a pivotal role in the decision making and running of the firm, you will be working closely alongside the management team and the Chief Executive Officer to further drive the firm and the business forward as a whole.

You will need to have previous, extensive experience in such a position in a legal capacity. The role has wide scope and your main responsibilities will include matters such as strategic planning and budgeting processes, managing liquidity and cash flow maximization, budget and reporting, financial reporting, financial controls and facilitating profit growth.

There will also be a large emphasis placed upon the general strategic management of the firm and candidates must be able to demonstrate this experience.

You must have previous experience in a legal setting also someone with accountancy qualifications would be highly desirable here.
