Private Client Solicitor
As part of the firms succession planning our client who are a Chambers listed Legal 500 law firm are seeking a Private Client Solicitor 2+ PQE level to join the team in Wokingham.
The firm are well established and highly regarded due to the high levels of service, expertise and quality they provide to their Private clients.
The ideal candidate will need to be able to deal with the straightforward probate work with minimal supervision and assist on a range of other Private Client matters.
You will be working in a team of 8 other fee earners and have the full support of a Legal Secretary.
The department generally,deal with: Administering an Estate Court of Protection Creation and Administration of Trusts Elderly Client Advice Inheritance Tax (IHT) Power of Attorney Trust and Estate Accounting and Tax Management Will drafting and Reviews Wills, Trusts and Estate Disputes
A STEP qualification would be desirable but not essential.
