Are you a local residential conveyancing seeking to join a reputable but small high street firm in the heart of Worcester? Are you keen to have local work 90% of which is generated by word of mouth/repeat business? Our client can offer a residential conveyancer a manageable caseload, secretarial/paralegal support along with a secure, stable and friendly working environment.
Our client is looking for a residential conveyancer who is able to hit the ground running on an array of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion to include freehold/leasehold sales and purchase along with transfers of equity/re-mortgage. Ideally you will have at least five years’ experience upwards, and you will have a desire to assist more junior members of the team.
This is a role that offers good quality local work, in a firm that has a high staff retention rate and a fantastic reputation.
