Are you a residential conveyancer in Shropshire seeking flexibility to work from home? Are you looking for exceptional quality work with no referral fees? Are you looking to join a small, friendly team in a modern office with no micromanagement? Would you like to have 1 to 1 support from an experienced assistant? Our client can offer all the above!
Our client is looking to appoint a conveyancer with at least 4 years’ experience in all aspects of residential conveyancing. You must be able to hit the ground running and you will have support from an experienced assistant who will enable you to manage a caseload of approximately 20 new matters a month.
The firm offers the flexibility to work from home two days a week after an initial bedding in period and will give you plenty of autonomy. The head of department is supportive, does not micromanage and gives everything to ensure the office and the firm is a lovely, happy place to work!
The client offers an array of benefits to include healthcare, pension, employee trust, flexibility etc along with a competitive salary of up to 40k. They do not set targets as such in terms of billings, and they have a discretionary bonus scheme, overall, the provide a very supportive environment in a firm that can offer genuine career progression prospects.
