A Family Solicitor/Legal Executive has arisen at a well-respected firm in Staffordshire. This position offers flexibility to work 2 days from home on exceptional quality privately funded family work in a supportive and tight knit team. The firm also offers a generous bonus scheme of 25% of anything billed and paid over 3.5x salary.
Our client has a reputable team included two other full time family solicitors and support staff. You will join handling a full caseload of matters and must be able to do this under minimal supervision. You will have a full – time experienced dedicated secretary to assist you.
Ideally you will have at least five years’ experience of handling your own varied caseload of family matters. The firm can offer genuine flexibility to work from home two days a week along with flexibility to do four days for a more experienced candidate.
You will join a firm that boasts a high staff retention rate, the ability to progress without being micromanaged.
