Background:

Our client is a leading PE company that is looking to hire an additional lawyer into their funds team. The successful postholder does not necessarily need a lot of funds experience. A corporate background would also be acceptable.

Brief Job Overview:

  • Support the general counsel and the senior legal counsel on all legal matters across the company.
  • Preliminary contractual documentation related to investment opportunities (eg NBOs, Bos, etc).
  • Co-ordination of Luxembourg funds related legal activity.

What will make you successful in this role?

  • Minimum 1 year post qualified experience in the UK.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong ability to deliver to deadlines.
  • Strong team player
