Sellick Partnership are currently working with one of the UK's leading regional law practices where an opportunity has arisen for an Associate Real Estate to join their team.

Our client is looking to recruit a 0 - 3 PQE lawyer to work on a mixed caseload of commercial Real Estate work.
Experience in a general commercial property case load is required either since qualification or as part of a training contract.
Experience in Landlord and Tenant (acting for both or either landlords and tenants); dealing with investment work - acquisition and disposal, lettings and management; acting on acquisition and disposal of freehold property (inc conditional contracts) will be advantageous.
