An established family run law firm which is well respected locally is looking to hire a competent Paralegal for their ever-expanding team.
The firm is in growth mode and has plenty of work, they need someone who is confident and competent to hit the ground running.
The Role:
The successful Conveyancing Paralegal will be supporting the HOD, dealing with matters such as SDLT, Land registry application / searches, contract packs, completions.
Digital dictation would be beneficial.
Requirements:
The ideal Conveyancing Paralegal will have 1 years’ experience of working in a Conveyancing team and be confident in all areas listed above.
The successful Conveyancing Paralegal will need to work to their own initiative and be confident liaising with clients.
