Commercial Property Solicitor – Sutton Coldfield
I am working with a growing property focused practice, with offices outside of Birmingham city centre, that is looking to appoint an experienced commercial property solicitor to head its commercial property team.
To date, the firm has primarily dealt with residential property work, though has through various sources, a steady flow of commercial property enquiries relating to L&T work, residential developments and the acquisitions and disposals of various commercial land and properties, which have been serviced by an experienced Consultant Solicitor.
The opportunity would give you the freedom to join at a senior level, manage and drive the commercial property department, taking a pivotal role in the direction and strategy, and ultimately success of the department.
Ideally, you will have already had a similar senior role within practice, where you have managed a small team with financial targets, undertaken various business development initiatives and supervised and recruited staff.
The firm can offer an attractive joining salary with excellent future career prospects.
