Probate Paralegal

Experienced Probate paralegal required for a large Manchester based law firm


Your new company
This is a large, progressive, and market leading law firm with offices in Manchester, London and Liverpool. The firm are known for building excellent teams in a wide range of legal areas including banking, corporate, real estate, family, will/probate and employment. They are recruiting for a paralegal to handle contentious probate matters for the firms clients within the Manchester Commercial Litigation department. The role will be supporting a Partner and other fee earners with their caseload. The position has opened due to a member of the team earning a training contract.

Your new role
This is a paralegal position sitting within the firms commercial litigation team, and is designed to assist the partners within the firm with their contentious probate matters on behalf of clients. This is a hybrid based

What you'll need to succeed
This position is ideal for a candidate who has gained experience within both litigation and probate law. Ideally, you will have experience in both, but strong experience in either may also be considered. The firm are eager to bring in an individual who is passionate about this line of work, and will remain in the firm until they receive their training contract.

What you'll get in return
The firm will offer a competitive salary for this role, which is negotiable depending on your previous experience within this area. They have an excellent hybrid working model in place and once you have found your feet within the role, you will be able to work from home for 2/3 days per week. There is potential for a training contract for the right candidate after some time within the firm.
