Our client is a leading City law firm – they are now looking to recruit a Front of House Assistant to join their busy growing City office.
The Front of House Assistant will interact daily with internal and external clients and liaise regularly with all other departments in their London and other UK offices. The Front of House Assistant will interact regularly with the Firm’s lawyers and support staff in facilitating the flow of all reception and administrative responsibilities.
The standard hours are 9am to 5.30pm. The salary is paying up to £24,000 + Benefits. This role is a permanent position and due to the nature of the hire you will be office based 5 days a week.

Your responsibilities as a Front of House Assistant will include:
- Setting up meeting rooms
- Full knowledge of video conferencing set-ups
- Ensure swift turnaround for clearing and resetting meeting rooms
- Ensuring meeting rooms are fully stocked with refreshments
- Meeting & Greeting Clients
- Answering calls, forwarding to the relevant person, or taking a message where necessary
- Arranging Couriers & Taxis
- Arranging Catering
- Collecting deliveries from Reception and external venues
- Handling all incoming/outgoing post and deliveries
- Photocopying, faxing, printing, scanning and filing
- Completing typing requests
Requirements as a Front of House Assistant include:
- Previous administration experience in a law firm would be preferred but not essential
- Previous Front of House/Receptionist experience within professional services
- Extensive diary management experience
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Team player, able to work well with others to achieve task specific goals
- Ability to work well within a team
- Ability to prioritise a busy work schedule
- Ability to be flexible to meet the demands of the work
