This forward thinking Surrey-based Legal 100 law firm has a proven track record for success and is looking for a Property Litigation Solicitor at Senior Associate level to join its successful Property Litigation department. You will be advising clients on a wide range of matters including including landlord and tenant (e.g. 1954 Act renewals, dilapidations and break notices) and general property issues (adverse possession, easements and title disputes), rent and service charge recovery and real estate related insolvency issues. They have an ambitious strategy and a strong management team with the resources and investment to build up the department.
