Legal 500 ranked firm is looking for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor / Legal Executive as part of ongoing growth in the conveyancing department based in the Christchurch area. This key role in an established, highly respected firm where you will be part of the ongoing growth of the firm.

This successful and well-established law firm is seeking a Conveyancer with the ability to run and manage your own full caseload of files from instruction through to post completion dealing with sales, purchase, re-mortgages, and equity release for freehold and leasehold properties. Ideally, you will be 3+ years’ PQE and be responsible for managing your own caseload and help develop the department.
